Buyers Department and Buyers Coordination Board have the permanent specialist staff and perform work all the year round.

Work regulations:
1. On the basis of Volvo Fashion Week Moscow Buyers Department and commercial companies the Buyers Coordination Board is founded to carry out events and special projects for organization of consumer goods purchasing (clothing, accessories etc.)
2. Buyers Coordination Board is headed by the chairman — Sergey Ponomarev.
3. During Volvo Fashion Week Moscow the preliminary negotiations between the participants and interested companies are set to be arranged.
4. The event implies signing protocols between the participants and interested commercial companies as the foundation for the further sale contracts conclusion.

At the negotiations it is necessary to have the following:
— the presentation of the collection
— price list of the produced goods
— letter of attorney from the producer authorizing the certain individual to carry out preliminary negotiations
— presented product certificates and all the necessary documents including legal entity registration documents, if required
